Jeremy Mowe trains with passion and respect for the individual need, going above and beyond to help you reach your goals and desires. Jeremy started an Aggressive Elastic Resistance Program, a first of its kind, at Idaho State University where he earned his degree in Sports Science & Physical Education.
As the founder of Break the Cycle Fitness, Jeremy incorporates his new elastic resistance and functional training ideologies into complete adaptive training. Jeremy Mowe constructs and rejuvenates lifestyles from the ground up, encompassing explosive plyometric movements, resistance training, core strengthening, balance and flexibility work designed specifically for each individual.
“I’ll give you something if you wanna believe,” is the mantra that Jeremy lives by and with his ability to help you attain your fullest potential will facilitate you living your best life, and ultimately reach your wellness objective.
